What did you brain MRI report say? You really need to ask a competent neurologist (or you can look your self if you are observant) at the MRI film and look for a "hemangioma", most radiologists ignore them, they are usually small benign tumors of vascular origin around the eyes. This is only 1 possibility, not a definate. I don't think it's stress or depression though, dont buy into that one.
