Yes, excercies can cause migraines just like housework!
It's the bending "up & down" that causes the migraines.
If you are an excercise fanatic what you are going to have to do is either:
Stop! Do something else like lift weights. It ain't going to kill ya!
Cut down your excercising.
Take your meds prior to excercising to prevent the migraine.
Eleminate the "up & down" excercises.
What I did was hire a cleaning service. Topamax took the weight off. Therefore, I have no need to excercie.
