Will going out better wrapped up help?

No.
Unfortunatly for some of us, weather plays a major part in the comine & goings of our migraines.
Mines are worse in the summer than in the winter. However, because of the mild winter we are having lately, December & now January my migraines have been acting up like it's summertime already.
Barometric pressure has a whole lot to do with our migraines. I can predict the weather better than The Weather Channel & my local TV weather man.
I purchased from my local boat shop this barometric meter called
Weather Forecast RF Wall Clock With Romote Thermometer - Oregon Scientific.
It predicts the weather 12 hours in advance.
I also know exactly when I will get my migraines.
I highly recommend this thing for all migraine sufferers who can predict the weather.
Are you seeing a Neurologist for your migraines? If so, what type of medications are you taking *as needed* for your migraines other than the ones you mentioned?
