If you haven't already, you need to see a Neurologist who
specializes in headaches/migraines. They are usually found at Headache Clinics. Since you are a college student, check the yellow pages for one in your area, ask around and/or if there is a University Hospital in your area contact them & ask for recommendations from their Neurology Dept.
BTW, you do not have to have nausea to have migraines. I only suffer from nausea when I have a migraine *attack*. Other than that, I am nausea free.
In the meantime, you may want to check out what is triggering your headaches and/or migraines. Sometimes weather can cause migraines.
Do a forum search for headache triggers or migraine triggers.
You should also try to keep a headache/migraine diary. Do a forum search on how to keep one. You can print it out.
However, first you really need to determine if you are suffering from headaches and/or migraines as they are 2 different medical conditions.
Good luck
