| Pain in left temple and behind left eye
for the last two days, i have been aware of a slight pain behind my left eye and behind my left temple. when i press on the temple, it feels better but i can feel my pulse quite strongly. it isnt too severe and isnt stopping me from working etc. it isnt disturbing my vision. i havent (so far) taken any medication for it as i havent needed to. it isnt continuous, it comes and goes, but always on the same side of my head. i do work infront of a computer all day and use a computer at home in the evening.
can anyone tell me what type of headache this is and what is best to do to sort it out? could it be due to my menstrual cycle (just finished period)? does it sound like a tension headache? any input will be greatly appreciated. thanks.
