headache, please help - Headaches & Migraines Message Board

for the past few days, i have been getting a headache in the back right part of my head, i did have a pretty stiff neck and it still is somewhat sore, from sleeping on the couch 2 nights in a row, but the headache comes towards the middle of the day and spreads to the side of my head towards the temple, and sometimes it will just be a shooting pain, sometimes in the back right and sometimes in the left front of my head, there are the only symptoms ive been having, sleep has been scarce for me, only like 4-5 hours a night, and i dont think my stress level is high but could be, what could be causing this?

Confused4455, I am a headache sufferer my self...So Ill tell you what causes my headaches. First the couch might be the culprit here also not eating in the morning, if you are a coffee drinker and havent had your coffee in the morning, If you are sitting in a new position for longer periods of time can also cause headaches. Also pain relievers taken daily can cause kick back headaches. Hope this helps
