The 3 day headache - Headaches & Migraines Message Board

I get a three day headache when I eat too many sweets like ice cream. No matter what medication I take the headache does not go away until the three day period ends. I have been suffering with this for 5 years. My doctor does not believe it is the ice cream. He is a idiot. I hope someone on this board can help out.

Have your considered cutting down on the "sweets"?

If you are not already seeing one, consider seeing a Neurologist that specializes in headaches. Most are usually found at Headache Clinics. Check your local Yellow Pages.
