when will it end ?

I am at the end of my teather and want to scream with pain.

As I am on Topamax I haven't had anything like this for ages, I had forgotten what it was like, you know the flashing lights, sick to my stomach and the mother of all headaches.

I just don't know what to do and how long it is going to go on for.

OK rant over, just wanted you all to share my frustration

You may like to consider trying a couple of doses of Belldonna 30c. Belladonna 30c is a herbal homeopathic remedy that can help in violent headaches that you seem to be having. It is normally available at local health food stores. It just might help.
