that could be a sign that you have a tension headache. Tension can cause pain in a lot of areas and if you are tense in your shoulder and neck area it can cause a lot of pain to the back of your head. Try relaxing your shoulders or getting a massage, even a nice hot shower tends to help me. Good luck.
