Ugh, please help - Headaches & Migraines Message Board

I am 28 and have been dealing woth headaches on and off for a while. I had a MRI done in feb of 2005 and it came back normal beside the fact that possible ethmoid sinus disease was found. I havehad some sinus issues lately, always have since I was little, have allergies but never headaches from them. I have anxiety bad, Think that I have a tumor or something.....I am just stressed I have a 8 month old daughter.
Any suggestions please?

P.s. It is my whole head that hurts, not really just in sinus region. sometimes it is tension, I am always tense.

For imidiate relief, try a combination of two Advil and two percogesic (percogesic contains a small dose of Tylenol along with a mild sedative which helps you relax.

Seeing a psychologist for relaxation excersises may help. A physiotherapist can do some hands on work on your neck and shoulder muscles, and give you some excersises to help keep them nice and supple
