| lump on head, vision disturbance
hi im 16 years old and about a month ago i had a really crappy school day so i tried to stay home by faking sick, yes we've all done it. So I used a trick from when i was younger, i would hold my breath and sort of force blood pressure into my head ,its sort of hard to describe but it would usually leave me looking pale so i could stay home. Anyway i did this once and immediately afterwards i felt a tingling and a strong pain in the back/top of my head that lasted for only afew seconds. I didnt think much of it soi i did it again and it happened again but it was a bit worse. So i ended up staying home and that night i got a weird headahce that made it very difficult to concentrate on things. This stayed with me the day after but then went away. About a week later it came back and was much worse. It felt as though someone was squeezing my head really hard, and it also felt like my skull was bleeding on the inside. So i went to hospital and they ran these tests to conclude that it wasn't affecting my neurological activity. The pain then slowly went away over that week. But then the week after I started to get disturbed vision and a lump appeared on the side of my head and the headaches are slowly coming back AGAIN. The headahces just feel like someone is squeezing my head but they dont really hurt. What im concerned about is the vision and the lump. I feel spaced out and disorientated because of the vision and most of the pain from the headaches is on the side that the lump is on. Also the affected eye is on the left as well which is the side of the lump. The lump doesn't hurt to touch and it feels soft. About the size of the end of an index finger.
I went to the doctor about it and he just said its all normal, take these relaxant pills. When i take them my vision seems to be fine for about 5 hours but then it slowly starts to go bad again. Is this going to worsen or get worse cos im really worried ive caused some long term damage.
