Are my sypmtoms just headache related? - Headaches & Migraines Message Board

Hi,
I have had this problem for about a year now and i am only 21. I was diagnosed with cluster headaches, which came along after a huge migraine one day. Now ever since, I have many episodes on light headedness, a sinus pressure pain on each side of my nose, neck and back pain, and headache in back of my head. Sometimes I can be very dizzy, and at times if i walk down a hallway, i felt like i would fall if i didnt hang on to the wall. What is wrong with me? Im not really understanding why cluster headaches would trigger dizziness or light headedness constantly. My main problem is the light headedness. Does anyone know how i can rid of that symptom? Please help me, its affecting me greatly. Thank you. ~Shyley~

Your symptoms sound like a sinus infection or sinusitis. Talk to your doctor about this possibility and they may be able to help. For me chronic sinusitis is the sinus pressure, pain in the neck at times and the slight dizziness you mention and the fact that my eyes won't focus quite right especially when going up or down stairs etc.
