Post Pain in back of head when I lay down

I can't lay down without having pain in the back of my head. A heading pad sometimes relieves the pain but not always. Pain medicine is starting to make me sick to my stomach everyday. I sometimes get the headache during the day, but more at night when I lay down. I have an MRI scheduled, but wanted to get ideas or suggestions on here?

If you find these are caused from stress, try massage therapy or a physical therapist to knead the tension out of your muscles. This is what helped me.
