temple and eye pain - Headaches & Migraines Message Board

I have had pain in my right temple area for some time, but it has recently moved to my eye. It sometimes goes to the left side also. I also get sudden dizzy spells out of nowhere but just for a few seconds then they are gone. It's a very weird feeling, not so much a dizzy feeling but a heaviness and spinning sensation. I don't know it's hard to explain
and like I said it only lasts for a few seconds.
Aside from the headaches I also get occassional panic attacks to the point where I pass out and get sick. One attack went on for about four hours and I ended up in the E.R. and they were nice enough to say there was nothing wrong with me. I haven't had one for about six months but all of this worrying about my head is bound to bring one on. Well enough babbling hopefully somebody has some suggestions...GOD BLESS!

Could this be sinus related? Pain at the temple and around the eye with dizziness etc could be sinus or something else. When you bend over do you feel and increased pressure? If you do then it is probably sinus. Since you are having dizziness at times I would suggest getting this checked out.
