new trigger - Headaches & Migraines Message Board

I started taking probiotics and since I have started I have a migraine headache twice a week ever since. Is it possible that the probiotics could be triggering these migrains. I have had migraines for many years but maybe one every two months.

They always start the same, its like someone took a flash picture of me. They start out with a flash of light and then procede with the arc of geometric flashing lights for 30 miniutes. then the headache starts and lasts for 24 hours.

Anyone experence this.....

If you are taking the probiotics on a daily basis then I doubt that is a trigger since you don't get the headaches every day. Your headaches are common migraines and your doc can help you figure out what is going on. See the doc and get his help.
