Re: Headaches While Trying To Fall Asleep
I wonder if it is a sinus headache. When you are laying down, the pressure changes, and with the night air being more moist and colder, it might be. Try clearing out your sinuses and propping yourself up with more than one pillow. Has there been a lot of rain near you lately? Also, if the window is open and the air is cold, try closing it. Allergies (including food reactions) and hayfever can cause sinus issues, so think about if you might be eating something that might be triggering the headaches or if there is something else that could be causing a problem. Talk with your parents so that they can work with you and share their thoughts, too. They may have had the same kind of headache before and might have found some things that work to help.
