Tightness - Headaches & Migraines Message Board

OK, I am new here so bear with me a moment.

My headaches are like a vise at times especially around and near my ears. And, at times it is just sharp type pain. I had a fusion of my c-4 about 12 years ago. I now have a narrowing of the spinal canal at that location. One doctor told me this could produce my type of headaches. Another doc told me I had problems with my sinuses which could cause such headaches. Now I am unsure. Any thoughts??

Try taking 2 Advil (for the pain) and 2 Percogesic (for the tightness)

Percogesic contains a lowish dose of tylenol, together whth phenyltoloxamine, an agent that has muscle relaxant and tranquilising peoperties.

A physiotherapist would also be able to help

Thanks. I will try what you suggested. Maybe it will take care of the pain.
