| Re: Botox and Headache Symptoms
Hello Dukert, I feel your pain and frustration with the tension headaches. I have them too and I think they mainly stem from my sore neck muscles, I can't trun my head much left or right. Kills me when I am backing up my car and trying to see who I am going to hit. Anyhow I did have Botox done 2 weeks ago one my forehead and I also asked him to put some in my neck muscles. I really think it would help but I don't think he put enough into my neck. I may go back and have him concentrate it mainly on my neck muscles. I have a terrible headache today from my neck, face and forehead. It is raining and gray here today and that also triggers my headaches. I wish I could go and get it done today. One thing if you do decide to have it done make sure you show him the exact sites of pain because it needs to be accurate into that area/muscle. When I go back I am going to mark my neck. Turn your head left & right and feel the pull? That is where it needs to be done. It takes up to 10 days for the full effect of the botox, it has been that for me and I feel I must have missed the spot. I would give it a try. Also, I have been on a life long search for the perfect pillow and to date have not found it. I wake up with a sore neck daily. gurrrrrrrrrrrrr
