Taking topomax working good Clock ticking - Headaches & Migraines Message Board

Is it safe to stay on Topomax 200mg a day while trying to conceive. I told hubby that this med is quite strong and nerologist says that she would recommend that I'd be off of it if we ever would want kids. He decides to deposit in the bank on day 12 of my cycle. Not sure if I was ovulating or not. i really do not want to stop this med because it has regulated my migranes to maybe 1 every 6 months or so.

Any suggestions?

sorry i do not have any info on the pregnancy thing with topomax but maybe call an ob.. i was wondering if you are still on it though and if you have had any bad side effects??

I am also on 200 mg on topamax but I can't answer that. I don't know if it's safe. That is something you really should check with your ob/ or another doctor.
