Migraine???? - Headaches & Migraines Message Board

I am going to the doctor tomorrow morning, but just wanted to get everyone opinion. I am having intense stabbing pain on my left side to the top of my head. Light and sound makes it worse. I feel like I need to throw up/naseau, blurry vision. What do you think my doctor will do? What kind of test are done to find out what is wrong with me.

Honestly yes it sounds like a migraine to me. I got them after I had my son as a complication to my epidural and they were HORRIBLE..I would go to the hospital thinking I was having an aneurysm (sp) and scared to death only to find out it was a migraine headache. I would also get them to where my vision would almost be gone (very tunnel like), I'd have stabbing pains and couldnt be in any type of light. One day they just disappeared only to return now 8 years later.
