migrains and frusterated

The first migraine i ever had was about 4 years ago and i woke up in such terrible pain i made my sister leave school and drive me to the hospital. i thought i was dying, ofcourse the doctor told my to take some tylonel and go home. But i think what scared me so much was that this migrains occured two days after i had a minor head injury. I had a concusion and possible a broken sinus bone but they dont do anything for that anyways so they didnt bother with the x-ray. After that i continued to get them and still do. However recently anytime i am sitting or laying down then stand up i instintly get this really sharp headache like a migraine but it only last a few second or minutes then it goes away. I'm not sure if this could have anything to do with my usual migrains or the injury i suffered but am wondering if it is something i should be worried about?
