Migraines and Co-Q-10
I would like to talk about my experience with it, I can't guarantee anyone else will have any particular result.
I've been taking 200MG of Co-Q-10 for a couple of months now straight. I was getting about four migraines per week before starting it and around two severe migraines a week. I am now down to maybe one migraine a week and they seem to be in the 2-3/10 pain scale level. They also are easier to get rid of, than before. I would recommend that anyone who has NOT given this stuff a shot yet, do so. It's a natural enzyme, that you already have in your bodies, and there are NO possible side effects from it.
I would say within a couple days of taking it, I saw a reduction of pain levels and maybe a week into it, I saw the total migraines decrease.
Just thought I would share this bit of information. I'm not endorsing any specific product or name brand, although I recommend getting a gel capsule form. It's also recommended that you should take it with some kind of oil, like peanut butter, for better absorption.
