salty Senior Veteran (female) Join Date: May 2003 Location: USA Posts: 1,559	Are There Any New Meds People Are Taking To Prevent Migraines? Hello. I am "out of the loop" as far as migraines go--my migraine meds used to work fine and now i guess i have built up a tolerance for them. I posted about topamax and am now afraid about kidney stones (i see it's a long term side-effect)... What are you using these days to prevent them? Please let me me know. Thank you, Salty
