Facet Injections for Headaches - side effects?

Hi,
I have suffered terribly from "tension" headaches for over two years. My dr decided to do cervical facet injections and injections to the c1-c3 dorsal rami on Thrusday. I went through the procedure and am now headache free! However, I can barely turn my neck and it hurts to hold my head up, not to mention, 4 days later I still feel tired and groggy. I don't know if this is normal side effects of the procedure or if it's more than that. I'm not a whiner and I hate to call the dr. if this should be expected. Does anyone know? Thanks
