I have had this headache for about 2 months, it has changed , moving from the back of my head to behind my eyes and now to the right side of my head. The pain comes and goes , never constant. If i bend over , cough , laugh or strain it has a sharp pressure pain allover . I have a history of a migraine ice pick headaches that would last 3 or 4 days approx 3 times a year. the pain i am having now is tolerable and completely goes away with advil, just worried with the pain when i bend over etc that it could be a tumor or anuyrsm sp of some kind . any advice /

Hi yes some people like this should get an MRI in case it is an aneurysm.
Perhaps the sooner it is done the less likely there will be of loss of limb or life.

Oh yes while waiting for the doctor's appointment day to come I would not bend over like that and try to avoid things which cause intraabdominal pressure such as lifting, straining at the toilet, sneezing or coughing.
I would skip the advil since it can cause major stomach problems and even perforation.

I doubt this is an aneurysm. If it was, you'd be in the hospital by now. Probably some form of migraine, or even allergies. However, since we're not doctors here, the best thing to do is call your doctor. Keep us posted...janiee
