Headache?

I have been having headaches in a consistant pattern everyday about the same time between 11-3 midday. I have been paying attention its not caused by anythign i have been eating or a change in y diet. i am not alergic to anything or on any medications. I have noticed a really tight muscle on my back. its not the trapizeouse muscle. its beneath the shouolder blade muscle. I have tried getting it rubbed out, or anti inflamatories and new excersise. I am not sure what else to do. i have tried sitting diferently at h;ome, sleeping different. I do not sit at work because its a job of excersice. but i do think that the muscle has somehting to do with it. there is not alot of stress in the rest of my world because i recently got a new job and quit my old one. i am doing great for being happy and have good newer shoes.
any help would be awsome thank everyone

Re: Headache?

If you really think its that muscle, the only way to really massage that is have someone bring your arm toward your back real high. Sorta in the position as if you were going to be cuffed by the police. When your arm is bent like that and up high thatt muscle with protrude out to really be able to massage any tight spots in it
