I just got back results from an MRI. These are surprising because I have very real symptoms :
1. There is no evidence of intracranial hemorrhage, mass effect or acute ischemia
2. The ventricles and sulci appear normal
3. No signal abnormalities are seen within brain parenchyma
4. The visualized paranasal sinuses and mastoid cells are well aerated

The first two photos show the white spots and the last two show the black spots. What should I make of these spots?
Symptoms:
-Flashing spots of random colours
-Red static in front of eyes at night
-Periodic migraines
Got my eyes checked, everything is perfectly normal, no ocular degeneration either.
