Constant Pressure in Back of Head?
I'm hoping to get some advice from others on here who've perhaps experienced the same symptoms as I. I do have hashimoto thyroiditis yet am not prone to developing migraines/headaches very often. Four days ago, I developed a horrible headache that would not go away and ended up going to the E.R. to alleviate the pain. After several attempts to calm the pain, this pressure developed in the back of my head radiating to my forehead. The only way to describe the pressure is feeling as though a rubber band is constricting the blood-flow. I had a CT scan at the hospital which turned out normal and blood work indicating I am anemic, nothing new.
The pressure is still just as persistent as it was three days ago and I feel like a bobble-head. The pressure sometimes sends a dull ache to my ears, will focus on either the left or right side of my crown area on the top of my head and worsens with movement and light. My vision is a bit off...and I've taken Ultram to try to calm the dull ache/pressure, but nothing is helping. I have the urge to pop my ears frequently..this is just annoying.
Any one experience this?
Thanks so much
