Please help if you can--4 years ago, after moving from Massachusetts to Mississippi, I began getting daily migraines--and I had sinus surgery which not only removed polyps--but it decreased the pain a tad--but not completely--and I still have daily migraines.
Prior to moving to the south, I got 1 migraine a month.
I've been diagnosed with: food allergies (I avoid gluten now); airborne allergies (which I get weekly shots for); and mixed headache syndrome. My headaches are even worse when pollen season comes around--but I get migraines even in wintertime too.
Still--no doctor can figure out a way to end my daily migraines. My pain management doc--an anesthesiologist--has ruled out medication-overuse-headaches.
I have alleviated the pain (slightly) with self reiki-treatments.
But I still get daily migraines--anyone have any advice?
Thank you in advance for your help!
