Thumbs up Barometric Headaches

I am posting this as I suffer also from barometric pressure headaches - I have too went to neurologist after neurologist and doctor after doctor - the medicines that make you stupid instead of curing the pain that is hurt...my understanding is that there is a "fake allegergic" reaction that takes place and there are filaments around your head that are needing hydration - that is right it is as simple as hydration .... COCONUT MILK - works (thanks Dr. Oz) I have been on it a month and have had a drastic reduction in these headaches...I am getting better each day and live in a place where the barometric pressure changes frequently and have been down in bed for the last couple of days. Keep your entire body hydrated. Hope this helps all that are hurting.
