Headaches at all times, help.

So I've been having headaches for the past several months or more, every day. I've been to the doctor and it's not migranes, it's not caused by my eyes as they have been checked multiple times and it's not caused by anything that would show up on a CT scan.
I've been referred to a neurologist but the problem is the lack of appointments, I could be waiting for months.
The headaches vary on pain every day and don't go away until I fall asleep, but they reappear the moment I wake up the next day.
I've been on Naproxen, Imigran50 and a few other headache/migrane tablets to help with the relief but nothing's working.
I originally thought it may be due to stress due to the fact that up until two weeks ago, I had no job and my parents/family were pressuring me left, right and centre to get a job no matter how hard I tried for the past two years. I finally have a job, and thought the headaches may go and the pressure from my family has now stopped. But to no avail, I still have a headache every day. I know it's not the fact I sit in front of the laptop a lot as I haven't been on my laptop for a week almost due to work, and the headache is still here.
I was wondering if anyone has any sort of idea as to why this may be happening, every day.
Thank you for any suggestions and help.

Re: Headaches at all times, help.

I am curious as to why you are sure it's not migraines?

Also for the neurologist, can you possibly try to get in with someone else sooner? They can be booked pretty far out but can you call different doctors to see if anyone can get you in faster?

Re: Headaches at all times, help.

I don't have any migrane symptoms. The headaches are at the front of my forehead each time, never anywhere different. I don't feel sick when I have them, I have taken migrane tablets prescribed which did absolutely nothing and I don't see spots or have fuzzy vision when these occur.

As for the neurologist, I can only get to one hospital at the times that they give me. The hospital I go to, is one of the best where I live so I'd rather not go to somewhere else where no-one really knows what they're doing. Everytime I try to book, they say they have no appointments and to try in a few days, which I do and the same thing is said again.

Could be TMJ. Has anyone ever mentioned that possibility?

I'd never heard of TMJ until you mentioned it. I might mention it next time I have to go to the doctors because of it.
