Back head pain
 

Hello everyone . First of all I apologize for my bad English :)

from last few weeks , I am facing a strange problem. I am feeling a little bit pain behind my back (where the skull meets the neck ) actually its not like a pain ... but i am feeling so weird, specially when I look up or move my head up, i can feel a little bit heaviness.

another strong problem is , when i keep my head straight (without moving) , i also can feel something heavy in my head .

any solution ?

I have this feelings and have a lot of trigger points/muscle knots and a weak feeling in my neck, like it isn't strong enough to hold up my head. I'm going to a new physical therapy at a sports rehab center to see if they can help me. It makes the same area you described ache and I definitely have a lot of weird feelings that are hard to describe. Do you sit at a desk or work at a computer often? For some people, it can cause problems like this.

Yes. I use computer maximum 10 hours a day. But now I am recovering slowly. Thanks for reply. :)

Oh good, I am glad you are recovering slowly! I am sure it will take some time. Since you use the computer so much, definitely make sure you have a good chair, computer monitor is at the right level, keyboard not up too high, good posture, and that you stretch often. I still have a tough time even when doing all of this, but I try my best :)
