I'm a 44 yr. old male, never had headache problems before. I have a constant dull pain/pressure on my forehead, behind my eyes, and the top of my head. Its not bad, but it's there 24hrs/day. I've had sinuses ruled out. It does sometimes feel worse after bending over. I have no other symptoms. Any suggestions? Thank you.
I would assume that you are seeing a doctor if you say sinuses have been ruled out. You could ask for referral to a neurologist but I would doubt it is migraines from what you are describing. A migraine is usually a very severe headache that pushes pretty much everything out. There is sensitivity to light, nausea, and a general feeling of being in great pain. This could be a stress or tension headache though. A neurologist would be the best to figure this out.
