I have had these headaches for about 10 years now. I'm hoping a lifestyle change (better nutrition, moderate exercise, under-doing it when physically necessary) will help stem this terrible occurrences. Thanks, Eric

I have a male friend that also has cluster headaches. He started getting them at about age 20 and it would happen like 3 times a year and last for 4 days. He could never find the trigger and nothing seemed to help. He just turned 35 and they have started tapering off. They are more of a mystery than migraines. He couldn't even pass out like I can with migraines. I don't have an answer, even a suggestion, but you are not alone in this.
