Vitamin B6

My wife is 55 years old and has suffered from migraines since she was 15. I think we have tried (like most chronic migraine sufferers) every med in the book, and some that aren't in the book.

She recently tried to volunteer at our local hospital and her TB test came back positive. She doesn't have the disease, just a positive test. They put her on INH (the typical TB med) and 50mg of B6 daily because the INH causes fatigue.

Since she started taking the INH and the B6 her migraines have dropped from daily to maybe once a week or less. We are hoping it's the B6 because she can take it indefinitely. Anybody have any luck with B6 or read anything about B6 and it's affect on migraines?

TIA
