good morning I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on health insurance laws in Texas. I have United Healthcare and my daughter was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder. She began to see a psychiatrist for medication since this is a chemical imbalance. My payments were the same as a regular doctor then the company switched plans, still the same UHC. They have mental health but now they are not paying for her doctor visits or the hospital stay. These are very very expensive and I don't know what to do. Since this is a chemical issue shouldn't it be treated as a medical problem? PLEASE HELP I am at a total loss
