I'm not sure which phone number you need to call, but at least you have 2 choices--that's good!
Also, you had said in your posting that you turned 18 3 weeks before the accident, certain Medicaid programs offer assistance to children under 19 years of age. One of the programs I looked at said you had to be at 200% of the federal poverty level.
