..got award letter ..i think they'll send me another letter after lawyer is paid..they took out 5.months out..i'd still get 2 years back...i really think in the long run it's worth the fight,if you seriously disabled ...

Yea I'm so happy for you soon everything will run smoothier for you as for as ssdi goes. How long is it before you'llbe reviewed. it should be somewhere on the back of your award letter it will say improvement not likely for something like that. Yay Flaco. I am glad positive things are starting to happen for you my friend. I also received over 2 years of backpay. I agree with you. If you can no longer work due to a disability, it is definitely worth applying and fighting for SSDI. It is longterm disability insurance that you paid the federal government for when you were working. You would be crazy not to use if if you really need it.
