Well now that the appeal for a ALJ is in I figure I have a year to try to pass. I dont understand 90% of my Dr.s notes and have nothing to preoccupy my mind with. Just keep going to my Dr. appointments and wait. wait, and more waiting. How most of you guys make it is beyond me but I have no other choice. I find one thing that makes me feel I have a case and then I find something that tells me the opposite. What a teeter tottor. Im losing what little mind I have left.

I agree try to stay postive and try keep busy so how. Does your lawyer offer any advice. Hang in there we all care
Lawyer just sent me a letter stating they submitted appeal, keep them updated with Dr.s I see, and that they feel we still have a case and that the ODAR office said they are estimating 12-18 months. I just imagine the part of we have a case is standard cause at this point their not going to quite. We'll see. Thanks
The thing is they would not take your case at the beinging if they didn't hink they could win. I know it doesn't make it any easyier but other have gone thru this and have won And I know you will to for what ever reason you just have to take the long road just go to your DR. and keep all copies of everything. Hang in there we all care.

Hang in there Monsterpete, you do have a case, it just takes a lot of time to go through this whole entire process and it is draining. Try to preoccupy yourself and get your mind off of it. You deserve a break, and a little peace. People do go through the system and are finally approved it happens all the time. So Chin up, and know that you are doing all you can .
