The letter I received asking me to call the disability determination services was because they never received my paperwork. I told her I sent it last monday. She said it was never received. She asked me to fax it. I don't have a fax. To send all that paperwork will cost $20+. I don't have that kind of money. This is absurd and unfair! Even to print it at my expense and mail it again is unfair. It was sent. I cannot believe they misplaced it

I know its not fair, but to be honest they do lost things alot. And it is not fair to have to do it all over again but you really need to some how get it back to them they are the ones that are determing your case I would try to treat them with as much kindness you can and try to help them help you. I know it sucks but it does happen I would try to borrow the money are go there and deliever it in person did you make copies before you sent it if not I would just find out what they need to help you get it going. I know ts horrible but it happens to people just try to get what they need to help your case. I'm sorry this is happening to you hang in there

Yes, that is really bad for them to lose your paperwork, i do agree that somehow the paperwork has to go back to DDS , it could determine your claim as a approval or deniel so it is very important. I hope you kept copies so it will be easier to send it , althou it is a error on their part they still need the papers. Do what you can to get the paperwork re delievered. I am very sorry you ave to go through this mess.
