Rfc forms
Hi everyone. My question is: When is the best time to submit the RFC forms to SSA? This is my second claim. Im at the reconsideration stage. All my Doctors are willing to be supportive.

Submit it as soon as possible. It will be there for consideration if things get to the ALJ level again. Hopefully, this along with all your supportive doctors will help you win at the reconsideration on this 2nd application. Good luck to you my friend.

I so agree send it in right away it was used at the reconsideration stage on my claim and thats when I got approved. Good Luck to you.

alsee, send it as soon as possible , this will only support your claim and make it stronger. Especially that you have supportive Dr.s good luck to you , this may speed up the process and give you a approval.
