Finally Received Approval Letter!!
Hello all! Well after 3 years of waiting...went to ALJ, lawyer said I should receive a letter soon. Finally received it in the mail today! Woo-hoo I'm so excited!!! Thank God!!! Said approved under 216(i), and 223 i believe! I don't understand that all but I'm looking into understanding it more!!! Finally...that's a huge weight off my shoulders! I guess another letter will be coming soon about backpay and benefits! Just wanted to share the good news! To all others still waiting...keep up the fight...it's coming! My prayers are going up for you!!!

YaY,,,Vindicated777... Praise God... Congrats...!!! I'm happy for you.. keep us updated on what comes next... since you got your approval letter, If I was you I would come near calling them monday and asking them everything you want to know about.. all they can say is you have to wait for the letter..I'm going to start calling once a week on seeing about my status, it can't hurt.... Congrats again. I know the wifey is a happy lady.. God is good..

Thanks TruthseekerTN! Indeed we are happy about this outcome after waiting so long. I will definitely keep the updates coming. Everyone's telling me, and also i've seen posts on here about checking your account online...so that's what I'll be doing! Like you stated i don't think it would hurt to call and check! I hope you get some good news soon also!!!

Checked bank account today and it states... Dep. pre-notification from US Treasury..no amounts...I'm hoping that's a good thing!!! If that's back-pay then wow that's actually pretty fast as i haven't received the award letter stating benefits and payments...maybe someone can fill me in on this! Thanks!!
