FMLA runs out while on STD
I am currently on an intermitted FMLA which runs out in two weeks. I worked 16 hrs per week, doctor's order, I have Parkinson Disease. My employer informed me at the end of my FMLA I must return to full time or I will be terminated. I was on STD this past week and now I am transitioning into LTD. Could I go to school for a different vocation while on LTD? I am currently working in inside sales which require heavy phone use, up to 150 dials per day, plus data input. Any suggestions, thanks in advance.
