Nkc Junior Member (female) Join Date: Jun 2012 Location: Yakima,wa Posts: 15	PRC letter note Can someone help me. In my PRC letter it says NOTE: if you are a new beneficiary you can only use this password to check your information starting with the first month your benefit payment begins. You can find this start date on the award letter that we sent to you. Does this mean I have been approved? This is all so confusing.
