Karin779 Newbie (female) Join Date: Jul 2012 Location: Clearwater, FL Posts: 4	ssi and ssdi ? My SSDI is only $573 a month and they say I don't qualify for SSI (9 years ago I was told this) because I have a small savings, 2 vehicles and I own 2 lots (home doesn't count), which are about worth nothing in this recession right now. So my only income is $573 a month and my small savings is whittling away month by month.
