Prescription Assistance Programs?
Has anyone applied or used one of these programs? I have Medicare Part D and Medicaid but the medicine I need is not on the formulary and I can't afford to pay for it without assistance.

Specifically, I'm applying for the Aztra Zenica and Me program. The forms seems a little complicated and the documentation they want as well. Just looking for any advice?

I hear that they are going to revamp part D next year.. no more dognut hole and so forth..did you check with the drug company and see if they had a patient assistance program available?
