 ALJ at hearing
It's me again. I had my hearing by video teleconference July 23,2012. The ALJ asked me very few questions. He mainly asked the VE questions. My attorney asked me the most questions. Is this a good sign or a bad sign that the ALJ asked me few questions? I do remember that before the hearing started that it was stated that it was a OTR. Also does the ALJ take in consideration my doctors opinion in making his decision? My doctor says I will have a permanent restriction of not lifting over 10 pounds.
