Zayda Junior Member (female) Join Date: May 2012 Location: Decatur Ga Us Posts: 31	Workers Comp Settlement Hello, I've been on WC for quite sometime now. I just got approved SSDI, and now my attorney have been requesting the MSA purposal for many months. The IC is not responding to his request even when a year ago they suggest I settle. Now I've been trying to settle but WC is stalling BIG time. This is a pretty big case so what are WC up to???
