I recived a letter from Social Security AAdministration today This has been a 3 year battle ....What I would like to know how long before I recive my first check and how long before I recive my back pay ....they found me disable since 2008 .how many months will I recive on back pay....can anyone tell me thanks God Bless...

Hello sorry to hear that if i was you i would put an investigation on it.
Have you moved sence 2008?

I ben fighting scene 2007
Still fighting this has ben my 3 or 4 appel still being denied

Hopefully i get it this time becouse i have degenerative dic and bone

my husband got his fully favorable letter June 2nd and he got his first check the end of July and he received his back pay in August, he is getting SSDI which in my state they pay all the back pay in one lump sum. I think the first 5 or 6 months from the onset date you don't get paid for that time, but from then on you do. CONGRATS!!!!!

I only had one apeal and on the second time I dident even have to go to the hearing the judge went on a rueled on my favor ....To me that's a God Blessing because I'm the only one my lawyer said that got their favorable judgement from his office I hope you get yours too ...God Bless.....
