Yes I did. It took 4 years and a great lawyer and judge. WC put me through hell and back for 4 years. I actually had a fall at work, in an office filled with people and they still insisted I was faking it. Hire a lawyer who gets only a percentage of your case if you win. You do not usually have to put money down to retain one. Although I had to claim bankruptcy because of no income, I was reimbursed for all the years. Good luck
I'm not sure if all states are the same but I'm in NJ and they suck!
